If you've reached the download limit, please contact our support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you have access to the ebook/s you've purchased.

Try the forget password technique first. Click on ‘Forgotten Password’ from the login page and send a password reset to all of your emails.
You'll receive the notification on the one you have created an account with.
