I just want to share this. I am 41kg down in the last 4 years. I want to thank Chloe for saving my life the last 14 weeks i have been on the hub and meal planning following these groups i have been the happiest in myself and life i have ever been. I have had body dysmorphia really bad and i have now gotten out of my head! This is an absolute milestone for me and i am here to say thank you.

Hi Chloe, I have your cookbooks from a while ago but my gym is doing a challenge starting this week and after ages of looking I figured now is the perfect time to sign up to your recipes online. They all sound SO good and I love how easy it is to add to MFP. I made the apple pie baked oats for the first time.It had EVERYTHING going against it and had no right tasting delicious - I overcooked it, had no custard, or even any yopro etc left!!! I had to put plain Greek yoghurt with some protein powder and SF maple syrup mixed in....And yet, it was so damn tasty! I can't wait to make it again without all the hiccups! The serving sizes are HUGE.

I made the Mac and cheese with panko crumb version last night because I could not wait!! Man oh man it is so yummy and so filling how am I allowed to have it!!!
