Ignore this notice if your subscription is already active.
I deeply apologise if your subscription didn't renew on time. Why did this happen? Most of the time it’s banks that are the cause of this delay, other times it can be due to insufficient balance in your account.
Here is a quick 3-step process you can perform to regain access without a duplicate charge taking place:
1. Scroll down & you will see your existing subscription plan in the Subscription Tab which has expired.
2. On the right side there are four options to choose from: "Renew," "Remove," "Change Card," and "Change Plan."
3. Please click on "Remove," it will ask you for reconfirmation.
4. After that is done, you can now purchase a new subscription.
